Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Telemed - How Does It Work?

After you schedule your telemedicine appointment by calling us at 855-607-5458 or by scheduling online, a patient intake form will be emailed to you. When completing and submitting your form, you will need to provide us with a copy of the medical records that document your qualifying condition as well as a current form of Pennsylvania State ID.

Once you complete your patient intake form, submit a copy of your medical records, and your current Pennsylvania State ID, we will email you your appointment details. This will include a link to your virtual appointment that can be accessed via your smartphone, computer, or tablet. When you click on the link, you will be directed to our virtual waiting room. When it comes time for your evaluation to start, you will be connected to one of our doctors who will review your medical history, discuss medical marijuana treatment, and upon receiving approval, write your certification. It's that easy!
